4 miles up to Albion and back.  I had to run fast because I needed to get home in time to take Liz to school.  I did it in under 40 minutes--which felt good.

4 miles slow.  Tired legs.  Last week I sacrificed a bike ride for weight training.  This week a sacrificed a run.  Legs are still sore from Wednesday and from a big ride yesterday.
