Ran easy around the neighborhood to avoid any elevation change.  I've either biked or run every day this week and my legs are really sore.

Nice job Jeff. At least you are biking when you're not running. I really want to start biking. I think it looks fun and I need something different. I have the bike, I just need the flat fixed and to buy a helmet. We should all go sometimes, it would be really fun!

I almost ran into Mark Randall a couple of times. I don't usually weave my way around the hood like he does, but I did this morning. We crossed paths a few times.

next time you run by him, try to give him a high five. That's my new goal..but everytime he either turns a corner in front of me or ignores me. I want to throw his angry aura off guard and make him high five me. I think it would be funny. We should all start a thing..
