Mountain biking in corner canyon.  I went up to Coyote Hollow from the equestrian center.  Then I went up Clark's.  I came down on the Rush trail which was tough because I was looking into the sun often and my brakes need to be tightened.  I made it down OK until I got to the last turn which I did not make.  I went over the handlebars and into the brush.

I've lost a lot of fitness.  My lungs were burning almost from the beginning.  I was able to make it to the Clark's trail head without stopping, but I was well spent at that point.  I had to take a number of breaks up Clark's.  One day I would like to make it from the bottom to the top without stopping.  I think I might have been able to do that back in September.

Haven't run in a while.  Decided to take it easy on the distance.  Went four, but pushed it the whole way.  Ran at an average pace of 9:15, which was much better than I thought I would do.  Was a little sore from biking (and wrecking).  Biggest limitation was my air, though.  I really can't sit around for a month.  You lose it all very fast.

Got sick and haven't run for a couple of weeks.  It was good to get out.  I could run fast for only 1 mile.
