Finally got around to joining a gym where I can start doing strength training that I need. Tonight I did an hour on a bike in the cardio cinema while watching Tommy Boy. It is dark in there, so I couldn't figure out all the controls, but I tried to get my HR into the low 150's while maintaining a cadence of 90. I did that for an hour. I think it ended up being something like 17 miles or something. My biking legs make it impossible for me to get the same kind of workout I can get running, but I need more lower HR workouts anyway. |
