Another hour on the stationary bike. I pushed the effort level up to 14 after a 10 minute warm-up. I then broke it up by alternating between forward and upright positions for 10 minute and then 5 minute segments. When I got home, my hamstrings had almost seized up, so I did my stretching routine. I'm not currently feeling the tendonopathy. That could change after I drive to work tomorrow. We'll see. |
