30 min on stationary bike at 90+ rpm. HR around 160 and then dropping to low 150's.
I am really sore from yesterday.

i can see why you would be sore -- tough workout. good job, and good luck as you gear up for the half.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm still sore, but running this morning helped a bit. That half is going to be tough, but I'll make it. I'm really bummed about the marathon (Utah Valley), though.
